and I knew she felt bad about it I would forgive her eventually. My girlfriend would be the kind of person that would support me and feel very bad about it cause she really takes an intrest in what I enjoy. I would say let it go, but only if she is truly sympathetic. If she doesn't give a shit then that means she doesn't respect you or your things and it's time to get the hell out of there. I don't know your marital situation but if things are on good terms then you should just consider fixing/buying a new one a rebuilding. How did she react to telling you she messed up the car?
